1.1 Return Conditions

You can apply for a return within 10 days after receiving the product, but the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product has not been used, is in its original packaging and has all accessories.
  2. The product has not been damaged or altered, and is in a resaleable state.

1.2 Non-returnable situations

Returns are not supported in the following situations:

1.3 Return process

  2. Review confirmation: We will review your return request within 3 working days.
  3. Return the goods: After the review is passed, we will provide a return address. You need to return the goods within 3 days and provide the logistics order number.
  4. Acceptance and refund: After receiving the goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3 working days.

Returns due to non-quality issues: The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Returns due to quality issues: The shipping cost is borne by us and a full refund is provided.
